No. VEXORA is a software platform that lets you order and manage virtual prepaid cards. It is not a bank or card issuer. Cards are issued by our partner's licensed issuing bank, and balances shown in VEXORA are not bank deposits.
How fast will my card be ready?
Orders are processed automatically once your payment is confirmed. A card is usually ready within minutes, although some cards take a little longer at the issuer. Timing is not guaranteed.
What does a card cost?
The Online Card costs $10, the AI & Ads Card $12 and the Wallet Card $22 (one-time). Each top-up has a fee of 3% + $2. The Wallet Card also has per-purchase bank fees. Your exact price is shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars and you pay with crypto, for example the USDT stablecoin, or from your VEXORA balance. Crypto payments are irreversible, so always check the amount and network shown on your payment page.
Will my card work on every website?
Not necessarily. Acceptance depends on the merchant, the card and your country, and some merchants decline prepaid cards. Check the merchant's accepted payment methods before you top up a large amount.
Can I use a card with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Only the Wallet Card supports mobile wallets, and availability depends on the card issuer, your device, your eligibility and your country.
Who can order a card?
You must be at least 18 and meet the eligibility requirements of VEXORA and its card provider, which can depend on your country. Eligibility is checked before you can order, and cards may only be used for lawful purposes.
